i liked the bed it was large and so comfortable, and also every now and then the housekeeper comes and cleans, and the easy access to the pool that is open to public, and the location of the hotel which is so relaxing and silent. Staff (Manager: Mr. Georges, Ms. Janine & all reception team, Restaurant team: Mrs. Maryam, Anas & Sleiman) all were helpful & very friendly. Also the pool is nice Cleanliness.
所有评语 » Our stay at Zoukotel was excellent. The location is excellent and safe. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. it was a nice quite relaxing place to be and the pool was great all nice and quite away from all the rush and noisy people in the city. Very friendly and helpful staff! feels like a family and you can enjoy conversations with. Quiet hotel, no disturbing at all. The Hotel service was good and welcoming. Although this hotel has some bad reviews it is actually very good for the price. Friendly staff Available pool where u can enjoy it with ur partner or friends Faster service Soo quietly hotel. I really liked The pool and friendly staff, They are helpfull with finding your way in The area. The location was perfect and the room rate was fair compared to the hotel's facilities. It's budget value friendly. the stuff is so kind they upgrade the room for free. the staff was very friendly and the "check in" and "check out" went so smoothie. excellent value for money swimming pool was very clean & well maintained. its not my first time there,so i accept the hotel the way it is. Very good customer service, and friendly stuff. warm hospitality and very friendly staff. The pool the senior sweet. the breakfast. The staff faruk and jeannine are very nice especially Habib, my favorit one and that i wanna thank for all his kindness, education with all guests in this hotel the room hotel is cleaned every day the swimming pool is clean and beautiful with always a guardian security good value for money in comparaison with other hotels in Jounieh. The Sea View was charming by night but a bit noisy from the highway, that is Lebanon anyway! The Staffs were very welcoming especially the restaurant team. The room was spacious, clean. The access to the pool was easy but it was crowded. Staff were friendly, nice location, we got upgraded, & good price. the room cleanliness and space. The breakfast The staff. clean and quit. The receptionist (Girl) was very rude. Customer Service level is too LOW. Found Ants on the table in the restaurant on the breakfast. Which is Very Poor. pool. the breakfast was so primitive. the bed shaked and squeaked alot. Slow internet & weak signal. They changed my booked room into another thinking it suits me better, but then the cute receptionist fixed it well. The hotel is need of some refurbishment. However is clean and functional. Breakfast was fair. I think I couldnt say much cause pricewise this hotel scores high! But i would have liked european Bread at breakfast, maybe cruesli with yoghurt!. Poor breakfast & no internet connection in the room or hotel's lobby. the furniture was so old and lack of bathroom amenities. although clean & neat, the room was a bit deteriorated & the furniture overused. The pool close early. the connection internet is expensive and slow (not working with iphone mostly time) the hotel is located not on the sea but on a top road.it mean very hard to leave hotel by walk and need to take taxi.there r no way for walkers (so much traffic) the breakfast is ok but not fruits unfortunatelly. The pool was small and the seating area too. The breakfast was ok but cold. The room cleanliness was poor, the mini bar wasnt refilled we found an old water bottle in it which was used! The toilet was dusty& amenities weren't all filled Eventhough we got an upgrade, the receptionist told us that we would have to pay the difference next time which not acceptable since the room time was available on letsbookhotel.com!!. breakfast no free wi-fi very poorly staffed. The room furnature The colour of the sheets and the carpet. poor facilities and poor breakfast , small hotel. Old furniture. 1- breakfest very cheap 2- bathroom are very old and rusty with no water pressure. 3- no internet , they charge for internet acces. 4-it's a place only you stay there , if you have no choice or the time to look for another one , i mean i been flying and staying for 5 days , i end up with no other choice than stay.
