Location was fabulous. Every morning my husband would take our baby girl for a stroll along the sea side. Staff were very helpful and extremely accommodating. There was a cot made up with sheets, etc. for our baby girl waiting for us, and everyday they ensured we had a parking spot when we returned from our day trips. They called us every night to check if we wanted breakfast in the morning and they provided clean towels, and washed dishes in the sink for us! We felt truly pampered! The apartme.
所有评语 » The apartment had good size rooms, bathroom with walk in shower and an adequate (open) kitchen. It was very clean, the furniture was comfortable and it had a little balcony. All appliances worked fine including the WiFi system and the hot water supply. Staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast served in the room was fine (choice of continental, Lebanese or 'healthy'). The location is in a quiet street quite central near the American University, steps away from the waterfront and at short. I loved everything about Park Lane .. couldn't have chosen it better, and I studies all hotels before picking one .. breakfast is served to the room between 8:30 - 11:00, perfect cleaning every day, always enough towels, location is perfect for walks to Downtown, the Souks, Hamra, Zaitunaya Bay etc .. everything in walking distance, and not to forget Corniche .. the staff was always great and very friendly and especially Ahmad :).. for sure I will stay here again !!. I've been here for the second time, and it's just perfect for me, good and quiet location, Downtown, Hamra, Zaitunay Bay all in walking distance, and not to forget Corniche - to hang out or to walk along to the Pigeon Rocks .. Breakfast is served between 8:30 - 11:00 am, perfect cleaning every day and always enough towels, very helpful and very friendly staff, Suites with nice and modern furniture and very spacious .. I will stay here again :). Park Lane Suites is a perfect place to stay in the City Center of Beirut. All is very central, best to walk and to discover. The suites are really nice, modern, comfortable, quiet, the lebanese breakfast is really very good, the service is excellent! Very sure I will come return in next year 2014 to Park Lane Suites. great staff at reception especially Ahmad who is friendly and organised a taxi to tour lebanon. Tucked away in a residential area parallel to the corniche, it avoids most of the traffic until u hit the main road. I took the executive suite and it was spacious. Great hotel in a hidden location...can walk to Hamra. Excellent facilities, very modern and clean. Breakfast is included in the fee and brought to the room, which is excellent. Very spacious apartment (Executive suite), with separate sleeping room. Very friendly staff, as they printed something for me and arranged fair priced taxi rides. Excellent location for direct downtown and waterfront accesses. Very responsive service. Rich variety in different types of breakfast. Nice hotel, apartments are very big en convenient for families. The night I checked in I had the best receptionist who managed to secure a very nice club for me. Also took care of my transportation and gave me a good summary of the dos and don'ts of Beirut. Staff were curtious n polite. I booked 3 nights but had to leave after 1st night stay. Staff was kind enough to refund last night n charge me for 2 nights. It was quiet and nothing disturb you not from other suites or from the staff. Area is so calm. Staff. Absolutely nothing. We cannot fault a single thing. Small downsides were the limited equipment in the kitchen (not really for cooking big meals but adequate for limited use) and the shabbyness of some of the surrounding area (as the building is hemmed in between other building, don't expect a great view). well, Internet in Lebanon is very often very slow , but I got an upgrade to my connection and it was way better then. Internet was bad one day but this is Lebanon. Breakfast could become boring as only two slim options available and could get boring. Choice of breakfast options is a bit for a longer stay. Executive suite gives a misleading impression by having a staircase in the living room, which leads to ...nowhere :). Wi-fi connection was unreliable. Breakfast is only served after 9am, which sets one off, if travelling for work. Upon arrival no baby cot although requested. Room was not cleaned unless specifically asked. There was no hot water at night. narrow road. 1. Breakfast time 2. Fixed daily breakfast type 3. Elevator is so small. 4. Hand washing is very small 5. No daily free shampoo & soap 6. No daily free water. However on the other hand the same guy had was off for the next two days leaving me in a state of dilemma because the people at the hotel we extremely uncooperative and very unfriendly. I was quoted one amount per night on letsbookhotel.com and after I checkout I realised I paid more than the quoted amount per night. The location is poor , you need to walk then to find a taxi , the staff was cold , the air conditioner was very small that is not enough to cooling the rooms , the bathroom facilities where very poor when you use the shampoo or the gel no one replace it.
