  The hotel is amazing & the staff is really incredible; they're very warm & friendly - especially Jad. The rooms are spacious & spot-less clean :) We had a full length mirror which was a great plus.   Excellent Staff, Friendly and very accommodating. Youssef was of a particular help during my stay. He goes out of his way to make every guest feel special.
