  Very friendly staff: on our first night the hotel sent a minivan to pick us up from town when we were taken to the wrong place by the airport taxi. On our last day, they let us check out several hours late as our flight wasn't until the evening. Excellent facilities: cozy and comfortable room, great swimming pool.   This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very sweet and professional. I was greeted with a welcome drink and a delicious cut up mango, both creatively displayed. The layout of the grounds is well engineered with a terrace for breakfast/ hanging out that overlooks the pool and the gardens. A nice stroll through the hotel gardens takes you to the bank... 别人怎么说 » of the river. The pool is very refreshing after hot days meandering around on foot or (free) bikes. My room was well designed and styled with a relax - We loved the location. It was very peaceful nestled in off one of the local streets on the oposite side of the river from the town. It was an easy walk into town across the bamboo bridge and equally fun to ride around on the hotel bikes. The shuttle service was well run ie airport pick ups and drop offs and regular service into town and back to the hotel in the evening. There was a strong committment to the local community - Paper made at nearby paper making artisan and the use of natural wood
