They also had shuttle service to some very popular locations. The service was also very good. I was told Bill Clinton stayed there twice during his visits to Seoul.   The hotel is in the Gangnam area, 10-15 min walking distance from COEX. However, it takes app. 45 min to reach the city center (not a problem by metro and very safe). It is one of the better places to stay there, considering the price and facilities they offer.
