they offer free pick up service as you arrive at incheon airport. 5-min drive from Incheon airport. they also provide free sending service to airport starts at 5 am. they guy is friendly. he speaks fluent english.it is a good place for people who has early flight to catch up on next day.there are several korean food restaurants and convenient around Egarak residence. i like their decoration style. such a good place for people who travel as a group or family.
所有评语 » I arrived into Seoul from Beijing at approximately 10:30 PM. Korean Airlines (Mr. Kim in particular) did not miss a beat in getting me through customs and to curbside for Jake the hotel owner to pick me up and personally drive me to the hotel. I am visually impaired but it was like being able to see, considering the smooth transition. Jake was marvelous throughout my stay at the hotel. It's not the most luxurious hotel. Nonetheless, I recommend it highly. Large and comfortable room equipped with all necessities such as fridge, TV, WiFi, Hairdrier, air condition, ventilator, and bathroom. The room was very quiet. An always-open supermarket in the same building, bars and restaurants in direct surrounding. Free shuttle service to Airport, and a splendid view looking at the planes landing at Incheon in the sunset. 20 minutes walk to the airport if you prefer some workout before or after a long trip. It was a comfortable large room with all the facilities I needed for a night before boarding a plane early the next morning at Incheon airport. The bus stop for the free shuttle bus is just on the other side of the road from the entrance to the building. The shower was hot and they provided shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toothbrush and paste and 2 bottles of water in the fridge. It was a warm room with wifi and large TV. Egarak residence is very near the airport. We booked this place because we need to fetch our family from the airport early morning n leave early on the day of departure. The facilities were adequate n room was clean n spacious. Jay was very helpfull n waited for us even though we checked in late near to midnight. Highly recommended if u need affordable, family-oriented & near airport hotel. The Hotel located very near to the Incheon Airport. Convenient airport transfer given upon request with a minimum service charges only. Hotel staff were all very friendly where they can speak good English. I love the cleanliness of the bed sheet, rooms and the pleasant design of the room equipped with bathroom facilities like shampoo, bath gel and even hair repair cream were provided. Close to Incheon airport at a fair price. Very nice and modern appartment. Friendly staff. Convenient pickup service from the airport. There is also a free shuttlebus going to the airport from the bus stop accross the street. Airport is within walking distance (20 minute walk). This is privately operated by young guy. He is very kind and offer service to pick up from airport. Great location of only 5min to airport. Spacious room with microwave. Office located at room 812 on 8th floor. If you have early flight this is the best place. Was able to ring from Airport and arrange pick-up.Very speedy service and free within 10 mins was in car and heading to residence.. Quiet,clean and large room which was great for my overnight stay as I waited for a connecting flight to Sakhalin. I loved the service. The manager was very polite and answered all my questions. the room was large and spacious with a nice view from the window. Everything was clean and tidy. I advise everyone this Residence. perfect location, 10 minutes from airport by shuttle or pick-up which can be provided. Kitchen at room with boiling kettle and cups allows to make a tea or coffee. Convenience store on ground floor. The staff member was very friendly and helpful. The location...near the airport...was good. The room was large and nice...with little extras...like washer....microwave...etc. Big apartment to myself, convenient location in terms of Incheon airport and amenities, free wifi, the owner drove me back to Incheon airport in the morning free of charge. It would have been good to have some signposting in the elevator or lobby entrance hall to indicate that I was in the correct building, also when you exit the elevator maybe a sign indicating which direction the office is. But perhaps the building management don't allow this?. The pillows were kind of small n towels provided were more of face towels. Maybe can look into this matter. There is nothing which seems unpleasant...and I hope I can stay in this hotel again next time. Location is hard to find on the 8th floor of an appartment building. I used the pickup service so it was not a problem for me but if you go to the residence yourself it can be a bit hard to find. You might get confused of entrance to the room. Call them or go to room 812. Nothing!!!. I found some difficulties to find this Residence, because you have to walk about 5 minutes from the bus stop where the shuttlebus is. Tiny towels. Some more dishes like spoons etc. would be useful. Originally when I arrived, the owner had had some issue and wasn't available at the office for me to check-in. There was no notice or anything of the sort posted around so I found myself wondering and waiting around for a very long while outside his office. In the end I had to walk down to the office of a different guesthouse and ask them to contact him so I could be let in to my room and it was all sorted and everything was fine. The system for the lights was not explained and we had problems turning them on, after returning to the room. No telephone. Couldn't find it, even though we had the address and taxi dropped us outside the address. it is on the 8th floor of a tower block with no signage outside. NEED TO PHONE HOTEL TO IND LOCATION. - airconditioning doesnt work room was too warm. None. Too far to go to the City centre. Nothing. no phone in room no memo pad/pencil in room. No. no. offered kitchen but no dishes or cutlery. Difficult to find and no clear front desk. bed size, no fan and no air cooling, stove not working. Room was dingy. The staff did not speak reasonable English. There was no tea or coffee available in room. Transport back to the airport was tenuous.
