Very helpful staff with good English. They recommended me to eat at a restaurant just 1.5 blocks away (Pinta), which was great. The location is central, and within 5 mins walk of the Metro and the main pedestrianised shopping street. The breakfast was a limited selection, but ok. When I needed a car to take me to the bus station, the bell boy came out and explained to a driver where I needed to go, and confirmed the price, which was a lot cheaper than booking a taxi!.
所有评语 » Very good location in city center, friendly staff, up-to-date and of very good quality bedding, good and effectif bathroom & water closet equipment. Reservation was in place even though plane was delayed and arrival did not occur until 03;00 Hrs Non smoking rooms were clean. Very convenient, clean, with good WiFi Nice staff Many things are better than you expect to have in KZ (generally speaking). The Front desk staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Nice rooms looking new, very friendly and helpful personnel. good breakfast. business centre. very pretty and friendly receptionists. nice rooms. cost free WLAN. Hotel is very convenient for location . Good service, clean rooms. Cheap. Staff, location, convenience. Clean and comfort. exellent staff. the central position of the hotel is perfect to reach malls and park by walk. we really appreciate the kindness of the staff, always very professional. the standard room chosen was simple but cozy and clean. + Central lcation close to parks, shopping, metro and a pedestrian street. + mostly friendly and english speaking staff. Cleanliness of the room Location. location is superbe!. It was a good hotel, and I'd stay there again. It was pricey by Asian standards, but I guess that's Almaty for you!. lightening in bathroom & bedroom are not sufficient. There is no separate button for switching or turning off for bathroom's ventilation system: it is switching simultaneousely with the light and makes a lot of noise. Room was described as having balcony. Which would have allowed a place to smoke. 1 smoker had to dress and go to streeet forr smoking. No bathtub in room for soak after long flight delays. A bit over than vale-for-money, still OK if you want a no-brainer solution for your stay. Very few employees in the hotel speak English. Room I was firstly proposed was very noisy. Staff explained it because of server next door (5th floor). But then was a more quite room proposed on other floor. Dont use the taxi service provided by hotel (contracted company with white skodas): they always late and prety expensive, some times drivers dont know how to get to destination point. breakfast not on international standard, but ok. price in restaurant to high (but does not belong directly to the hotel). In central Almaty , I couldnt find any good restaurants ,bars and shopping mall etc. The city was really empty for entertainment and for culturel activities. Bar is closed at 22-00. It was cold in the room, no heating. Week Internet wifi. Too hot in the room. Declared gym was quite poor. the gym is poorly equipped. - Went on a 4 week trip to Central Asia, and apart from Hotel JeyHun in Turkmenabat, this hotel had the hardest beds... There were no softer beds at the hotel, but the staff did put some extra blankets to improve. - I consider 5000 tenge to be an expensive airport service, even if you get a nice car!!! (while paid 2500 for a taxi from airport to hotel). Small room Poor dinning in the restaurant ( food is not tasty, and the price for this quality is high). Internet access was definitely very bad.
