I've stayed here a couple of times as it is, and I always love it. I know what to expect and I'm never disappointed. Great toiletries in the bathroom, good bed, there's an electric kettle and a beverage vending machine for each guest floor including a washer and dryer! Love the free Wi-Fi too and the staff is undeniably polite: service is great. This is a beautifully located hotel with excellent facilities at a very reasonable price. It is comfortable and extremely convenient for travel to, from, and within Tokyo. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfasts are outstanding. I will stay here again, without question.
所有评语 » The wi-fi was very good which is very important when on business. The cleaners which excellent and did a great job. The room lay out was good and adequate for a person who is on business and who may need to operate from their hotel room. Best of all the airport bus is right outside the door. It's in the middle of one of the busiest sections in shibuya. Excellent location. Excellent! It's located within a mall and once you go out of the hotel, all the shops and rests are right there. The subway is also just a few steps away. I will stay there again the next time I visit tokyo. very convenient location with easy access to the metro. situated directly above mark city mall with many dining options/shops. walking distance to convenience stores and other cheaper dining alternatives along the street. perfect view to see the shibuya crossing. Location, Location, Location. We have stayed here because the hotel is connected to the Narita Express Shibuya Station via a mall. It is very convenient for a quick stay. View is fantastic. Would stay again for short stays based on location alone. easy to reach from Haneda International Airport, good for business and leisure at the same time, easy to take all subway lines including Yamade Line, overall it is very convenient and luxury for travelling both for business and funs. Superb location at the heart of Shibuya. The Hotel is located right over the Shibuya station. Very convenient for shopping and transportation. Very convenient to Narita or Haneda, as the limousine stop is right at the hotel. The location is excellent with easy access to trains going to most places around Tokyo. I love the convenient location in Shibuya, the airport bus stops close to the lobby for cehck in, the main train station is just across the road, and there are plenty of restaurants plus fashion shopping nearby. Hotel staffs made mistakes by double charge us on our hotel bill. Room is too small for two big luggages. Need better concierge services, as well. Can't think of anything negative during our 5 night stay there. Change of vending machine room to boardroom. Housekeeping only unil 3 pm. the staff on the 1st day were not as helpful as we would of thought being Japan ...the room we booked was very small, but I guess that's our fault but choose wisely from the selection ,I suggest going up a grade. Attitude of front desk agent during check-in was not friendly maybe because I rejected the upsell. It would be good, if the hotel provides fitness center or gym facility. Nothing. there can be some noise, even on the 13th floor from outside with loud announcements. hardly any english cable TV channels. The pillows are horrible. Not comfortable at all. At one time we were considering buying new pillows from Muji during the stay. Staffs dont speak english well. need to change elevator to the room. small room. No choice of pillows. No extras. Charge for early check in is a bit annoying even though the room is available and I am a regular customer for quite a number of years. there is no fitness centre. The room too small. none. Minimal recreation facilities. No gym. Room is small and bathroom/toilet is prefabbed, thus the feeling of luxury diminishes tremendously. Bit pricey. Price for food is horrendous - ¥11.000 for a small pot of tea!. No gym. 1. The hotel is now a bit old, and worn out. 2. The reception desk staff is robotic in terms of friendliness. So not really friendly. No possibility to organize casual business meeting before 9 a.m. because lobby is too small and coffee shop at Lobby don't open before 9 a.m. Also 25F breakfast facilities are very crowed and don't accept a la carte menu I was obliged to find a place OUTSIDE hotel & far away for such meeting Rather expensive versus hotel facilities. cockroach in the room no breakfast included in the package no gym. Not clean for a hotel in Japan. Price more expensive than buy directly to the hotel.
