The staff were excellent. The service, especially by the front desk staff was amazing-always ready and quick to assist whenever needed. The hotel location-close to both Mita and Tamachi train stations- is very convenient. This is a lovely hotel by any standards. I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Tokyo. The location. Close proximity to Yamanote line station and restaurants etc. The staff were, as were all the Japanese people that we encountered, friendly, polite and helpful. Modern and smart. Good technologies and free wireless internet with excellent signal strength even on 13th floor.
所有评语 » Hotel is very close to Haneda airport and Mita subway station. Hotel room is small but very newly renovated, equipped with everything we need including 40 inch LCD TV, hair dryer, fridge, etc. Last but not least, the price is very reasonable given its location and condition. Very helpful stuff, clean enviroment, safe area, very close to JR Rails and subway, stable free Wifi in the rooms, shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom very good quality. Very friendly staff, very helpful, good level of English and good value for money room and breakfast. Great location 10mins walk from subway. Spotless and very new facilities. Friendly staff. clean , near to subway station , has a family mart behind d hotel , linked with a cafe ,. Was a great location in the city, great staff, all excellent. Newly furnished Clean Huge LED panel Close to metro and JR. the attitude of the staff is good. very helpful. Cosy, new, stilysh, everithing well organised.. room is small but cozy. great for its value. Location Cleanliness Friendliness Rate. The rooms are small but a lot of effort has been made to make the most use of the limited Space. Lots of eateries near Tamachi Station, 5 minutes walk. One stop to Shinigawa station for Bullet trains and Narita Express. Clean. Hotel size is a bit too small. Would have marked the comfort as 'good' but the room was so small that the only place to sit was the bed. Fortunately we used the hotel as a base for day trips, for which it is ideally placed, and therefore didn't spend so much time in the room. Single lift for 14 floors meant a lot of waiting and unwanted trips to other floors when in it. The aircon is set at heater mode and I cannot switch it to cooler mode. It's too warm inside the room to have a good night sleep. Opening window is not a good option because of the traffic noise and rain might come inside. No public area for internet surfing on desktops. Late check in at 3pm. Small room but seems a standard in Tokyo. small room. Smaller rooms than anticipated. No room to easily store luggage. Only japanese breakfast (expensive) Annoying bath mixer. the room is too small. Quite a small room. Rooms are bit small. If you need to open more than one case you will be in big trouble as there is limited space. This is the smallest 3* room ever. Double bed across in front of window and only way in is over your partner. Small room.
