  The Front Desk staff were very courteous and helpful, especially on my group's check-out day. We had a group of 16 adults with 16 bags and had to transfer to Shin-Osaka to catch our bullet train to Nagoya. I believe his name was Mr. Sakaguchi who called for a quotation for 2 jumbo taxis. If a bus picks us up, it would have to be on one of the m - Right in the middle of everything - we called it "Crazy Street" - bright flashing lights, very noisy but hotel has lovely quiet rooms with friendly service. Heaps of food places of all price ranges and good shopping especially at Namba Walks shopping area near trains. Taking Exit b21 was very easy to find the hotel. Interesting quiet areas nearby. Easy to catch trains everywhere including Kansai International. Never seen so many young people as at Dotonbori area both day and night. Hotel is an

  Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence... 别人怎么说 » Nankai Osaka. Moreover, Kyoto, Kobe & Nara are near Osaka. This time I stayed there for 6 nights. - Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.
