  Nice japanese style rooms. The hotel is on the main road but it is not noisy in the rooms. Good situated, next to the Shinkyo bridge, so you can easily reach the main attractions.   The best thing about this B&B is the relaxing bath with glass windows overlooking the river -this is not a real onsen, i.e., the water is not from a hot spring, but it is good. I also appreciated that the room had an ensuite bathroom+toilet, which is not always the case in Japanese B&Bs. I got a very useful custom made area map when checking in, with good explanation on what is where, tips for sightseeing and general. Very good. There is in-house hot spring bath, 2 private bathrooms. The breakfast is not too rich (basically toast, fruits and a boiled egg), but it was big enough to fill, and the lady who prepared it was really nice too. I still recommend it. Take the bus to see Kegan Fall, it is beautiful.
