  The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

  The room was clean and well set out. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Although the room was small it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was excellent being next to Akihabara Station which made getting around easy. We will definitely be staying at the Remm Akihabara nex - The staff are really helpful and very polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The massage chair was superb! The hotel's location is perfect for tourists as well as those "otaku's" like myself ;). This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back again on my next trip to Japan next year. If you are in Akihabara and in need of a place to stay, don't look elsewhere. Remm Akihabara might just be the best one for you.

  I like the city view. My room is on the higher floor. The night view is gorgeous. And breakfast is included in the price. The staff and service and the Japanese garden are excellent. The room and bathroom are big and clean. The Mejiro area is a very nice and peaceful area. Actually we can also use the Edo - A very nice hotel, located in a quiet upscale residential area. Classic grand-hotel style, with excellent service and big comfortable rooms with fantastic view towards the city or onto the beautiful Japanese gardens. We enjoyed the pool, gym, spa and the hot spring bath.

The toilet has sliding door so you can leave it open if you travel alone. That helps make the room feel more spacious. Close to Ueno train station which is connected to a maze of shops and restaurant underground. I found a good restaurant that served fresh and delicious but cheap sushi and sashimi there.

We arrive on a rainy afternoon and were with our luggage . The girl at concierge saw us from far when we crossed the road from the train station and she went inside to get towels ready for us. She even helped my mother pat her coat and bag dry. Very grateful for her impeccable service.
