Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. grand-hotel style, with excellent service and big comfortable rooms with
fantastic view towards the city or onto the beautiful Japanese gardens.
We enjoyed the pool, gym, spa and the hot spring bath.
