  The staff were fantastic, even the ones with little English. The room was spotless. Our kids loved the traditional bedding and the staff were also very kind to the kids. Its a reasonably close to Shibuya but work out the easy back streets it saves heaps of time. We checked out at 10am but were not flying out to 8pm. I highly recommend this hotel. - Really lovely staff. They speak english which was really good after 16hrs of travel. The rooms were very comfortable. Room was a pretty good size. Had no problems with noise from outside or from other guests. Pretty good location. Only 15 mins from Shiduya station which means it's connected to everywhere in Tokyo. Also nice to come back to the hotel and have hot water for tea waiting. A lovely touch.

  I loved the beds! They were by far the most comfortable I'd ever slept on in Japan. The Ladies' Twin Room was better than the Single Room though. Very soothing decor and air purifiers included.   I've been staying at ryokan Sansuiso 2-3 times a year for the past 15 years. The value for the price is great. Don't expect the Ritz here, this is a small traditional style Japanese inn, the tatami mat rooms are small with fouton for sleeping.
