  The staff was very nice and kind, but I'm not the kind of costumer that makes requests. The reception were very sofisticated with a very nice design.   Everything was good. Comfortable bed, very nice onsen with indoor and outdoor bath, sauna. Very clean. Breakfast is well worth the money, open buffet style with plenty of choices (mainly japanese dishes). They have noodle soup after 9 pm, free of charge! So it's really easy for travellers to buy a one-day bus sight-seeing ticket to tour around all kyoto sights in convenience. And with JR pass, it's easy to travel to Nara and Osaka via railway.   We stayed in Kyoto for 6 nights at the Best Western and were thoroughly pleased. As soon as we arrived we were taken very well care of - the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. They were also very warm and I could have a bit of a chat and laugh with them too which I love doing.
