Guests must pay in advance using PayPal. The property will send an e-mail with a PayPal link 1 month prior to the check-in date. Please make sure to check your e-mail inbox and complete the transaction via credit card within 7 days of receiving the email. If the booking is made later than 5 days before the check-in date, or the payment is not received 5 days before the check-in date, the total price of the reservation will be charged to the credit card. In case of a refund, the payment is refunded via PayPal. Upon receiving the payment, the property will email the security code for the apartment's lock. Guests should go directly to the property and use the security code to open the locker and enter. Luggage storage is available until 17:00 on the check-out day. To use this service on the day of departure before 09:00, please leave your luggage in your room. The property's staff will store it for you. For luggage storage service after 09:00, please contact the reception staff. Early check-in is unavailable in any case at this property. Please note that children cannot be accommodated in certain room types and that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children. The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
