  The staff is very helpful. I request to change from smoking room (wrong booking on internet) during my check in time (around 9pm), they consider my mother is old and they find a non smoking room for us (size is big then original, mean is upgrade to us) - The staff was extremely nice and helpful, our room was big (for japan at least) and had a ret... 别人怎么说 » ro cute style that was really different from the clean white modern style we saw in Japan.
