We found about Fukuzumiro in Lonely Planet and decided to give it a try in order to escape from the more crowded cities in our 2 weeks visit to Japan.
We stayed in Fukuzumiro two nights in a weekend last may and, simple put, the best experience of our trip.
Short of words to exprese what an awesome time we had, from the truly japanese cuisine, hot thermal "onsen" and the friendly staff, all was 100% perfect.
