  The interior of room is excellent, especially the ceiling in style Veronese! The room is large, bathroom is big and balcony is huge :) everything is new. The location is near from old center.   The location was perfect for my first visit to beautiful Verona. My room and the entire facility was tastefully and uniquely decorated, warm and welcoming. As for the service...the staff at the Palazzo Victoria understand very well the meaning of customer service and consistently deliver. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms of a very high standard. The air conditioning worked perfectly and appreciated given the 32 degree heat outside. The breakfast was excellent.
