There is a separate sitting room for guests with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, water dispenser and beer, all free. The garden, where breakfast was served is lovely and breakfast was varied and a full buffet available. There is a separate door to access the rooms so you can come in late without disturbing the owner. Free wifi in rooms.

We got there earlier than the check-in time but the owner happily accepted us and told the room would be ready in a few minutes. Rooms are nice, very clean and quiet. very good Internet connection and air-conditioning. I stayed for 2 nights and for me it was perfect. It's easy to get to the center and I actually prefer it is located not directly in the city center. I definetely would come back if I was around.

  The best point is the helpful and welcoming staff. They have 2 adorable dogs Milo and (don't remember) who are also very friendly. the dogs are very well behaved and are in day time only. We had the best of all the rooms (we checked all others) it was the - Very friendly owner who gave lots of tips about where to go and what to do. It's really close to the arena. It's about 10 minutes from the Verona Porta Nuova train station on foot and the city is easily accessible by walking. The self service breakfast was a nice idea. There's a massive fridge with lots of food that you can bring back to the room. There were also some lovely snacks in the room, free of charge. Free wifi (that works!)
