  Extremely friendly and helpful staff; location was perfect - near beautiful Salute church and vaporetto stop - quiet and away from the crowds. Overlooking the Grand Canal. Interesting modernised interior. - The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds where comfortable and the room was spotless. Oh and the view was awesome.   I always think when you see peoples remarks you still take a risk with hotels, but i have to say all the comments were spot on, fantastic hotel, absolutely lovely rooms, clean, new and stylish in every way, ok we had a bit of a job to find but that was our own doing.... only a walk to st marks so great location and the hotel back entrance is right ... 别人怎么说 » on a canal if you want to arrive in style! - Excelent hotel located very central in the heart of Venice.Appox five minute walk from Marks sq and Rialto Bridge.Staff ere friendly and helpful.Hotel is over 500yrs old but recently refurbished to a very high standard.The hotel is filled with character.Compliments of the hotel we were given a bottle of sparkling wine and a jacuzzi bath in the room,nice touch as we were on honeymoon..
