Please note that this property has several locations. Guests are kindly requested to contact the establishment at least a week in advance to arrange check-in. The hotel needs a week in order to decide the most convenient meeting point and time. Check-in is not possible after 23:00. A member of staff will meet you at the water-bus stop closest to the apartment you have chosen, will escort you to the accommodation, and will provide you with important information for your stay. No guests aside from the ones mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay in the apartments. Smoking is forbidden in all apartments. Final cleaning and a first set of bed linen and towels are included in the rate. Additional costs: A mandatory check-in fee applies per apartment per stay: an extra fee applies if you wish to check-in in the apartment after 20:00. These late arrivals must be confirmed by Grimaldi Apartments Cannaregio in advance. Please note that on 24 and 31 December the establishment will not be able to accept any arrivals in the apartment after 15:00. On 25 December and 1 January no arrivals can be accepted. Please verify the location of your apartment in its description. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
