If you are looking for somewhere with a bit of a caring, personal touch - this is the place to stay! The owner was really lovely to us - because it was our honeymoon, there was a bottle of prosecco in our room when we arrived! Nice way to take the edge off the jetlag :) The room was really clean, and the B&B was very close to Piazzale Roma. Great location to stay when visiting Venice - all the major attractions within walking distance, yet in a quiet area away from the crowds. we found it easy to find with the provided maps. Campo santa Margherita is a great spot with various bars for cilling in the evening after a hard day's sightseeing - try the Cicchetti for delicious snacks.
所有评语 » The staff was serviceminded and helpful. Ca' della Corte is situated right in the middle of the city in a genuine area with many locals. It's easy to get around by foot and to the Vaporetto, and the owner gave us valuable tips about places to go, e.g. Pizza la Volo in Campo Santa Margerita that serves delicious and cheap pizza. Wonderful location.Walking distance from Train station and Piazze Roma.The breakfast was filling and staff were very co-operative.Ideal location for a city trip.They even gave a bigger aprtment on day 1 as they didnt know that an infant also will be there :). The apartment was very nice, safe and private, yet near the Hilton, on the Island opposite Venice with its own great restaurants and churches, superb views, yet easy access to San Marco and the grand canal, so the best of two worlds. We loved it!. We were upgraded to a two bed apartment in a more central location so were over the moon. Having said that we would have been more than happy with the accomodation original booked as we were given the option to stay. good location, walking distance to the railway station. Very nice staff and comfortable room (marco polo). Every furniture seems elegant, also i found wood cabinet with carves based on chinese ancient love stories. We had booked a superior room in the main building but was given an apartment a few streets away, which was lovely. The staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great.. Quiet neighborhood...close to piazzale Roma... Good breakfast ... Very helpful staff... Reasonable price for Venice. We love the hospitality provided by Catherina. It makes it feels like home. We will definitely revisit them again when we are in Venice. our room was really confortable, it was silent and warn ambient. owners are very nice and helpful people. we would be back again. Cozy atmosphere and people were very friendly as oppose to some service providers' workers in the center of venice. Bed very comfortable. Good room and bathroom. We had a room close to the reception and kitchen, and could hear both people ringing the door bell, talking in the reception and pots and pans in the kitchen. we got room in 2 nd floor so had to lift our heavy luggage and stroller 2 floors.But can't complain much about it though. Everything was fine. A new well appointed, provisioned apartment in an interesting place. The heater didn't work. No elevator and flies especially at nite time were annoying. Breakfast was poor and lazy, frankly. Poor quality bread and lots of cheap processed stuff including horrid fake orange juice. An otherwise good lodging in a country like Italy really ought to be able to do a much better breakfast, and definitely for the price. Even by Venice standard this place is a little overpriced for what it offers.
