  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

  It was a very comfotable hotel and very near to the bus and vaporetto to Venice. The stuff was very polite and the room really splendid with a marvellous view to the lagouna.
