  The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice.   The apartment is like new. Lovely rooms and courtyard. Staff was very helpful and immediately responsive to our needs. They were very professional and kind. We all truly enjoyed our stay.
