Very quiet and clean area, close to beach as well as to Vaporetto/bus station. Good communication in English. Three room apartmant including two toilet/ bathrooms, microwave oven, dishwasher... Very satisfied, excellent place!
We chose the Lido for our Venice trip as we wanted a place that was a little bit reomved from the hustle and bustle of Venice city. It is only a short ferry ride away from Venice itself so is actually perfect for someone who wants to visit Venice but wants to stay away from the crowds. The Villa Gabriella was a comfortable place to stay and was walking distance from the main shopping strip. It is located right next to the beach and the children loved that.
Wifi was very slow and there was no reception for the local Venice wireless Internet providers. This is a positive if you want to get away from the Internet!

Very beautiful villa, in the center of Lido. Stefano is wonderful host. He live there with his family. He gave us his own map with routes and told about good restaurants. He prepared every days breakfast by himself. Products you order in the evening from brochure, choice is the same. We lived in double room under terrace. It's very romantic and nice. Also there are apartments in the villa not only rooms. On the roof there are terrace. There you can meet sunset and wonderful moon.
I'd like to add cheese and some ham to the breakfast menu.
Size of the room, location and the view from the top!
No air conditioning and very loud with the windows open. Owner/operator hours a little challenging to work around.
