The quiet location, the mix of international clientelle, the facilities and the the staff. The room we had was excellent and very well appointed. Excellent place to relax and see Como. very comfortable.........excellent property.....lovely hosts.......too bad it was raining and we left early. Great hotel in location away from the busy main road but close enough to walk to shops/restaurants etc. Certainly worth the extra to get a room with lake views and a balcony.
所有评语 » Beautiful location and excellent facilities for a family holiday. friendly staff and room cleaned daily. The location. The pool, friendly staff. spacious rooms, very good breakfast. Staff were very friendly, the hotel rooms were newly decorated and spotlessly clean. Very well looked after. We were lucky and got upgraded for free to a Junior Suite. Offroad parking was good. Secure environment. Back from the main road which made it quieter. Good for us.great staff,comfortable and clean room,possibly a little small,fantastic views and position. Huge porch with views was ideal for reading and relaxing.Friendly staff, nice location, nice view. Cosy family hotel, magnificent view from the balcony.The quietness of the location. The location is very cosy. For sure, back again for longer period of relaxing. Swimming pool was very appreciated by our daughter as she could play all day long. Lovely location and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant nearby.Very peaceful. Helpful "manager". Local Trattoria.Nice view of lake from some second floor rooms. Own pool. The view and the cleanliness of the room. I would like to see breakfast included in the hotel price. Cost of the breakfast. Price of breakfast. More versatility to breakfast. Swimming pool not in use until June - big disappointment. The bath towels were of a poor quality and not pleasant to use.payment withervice offerd a credicard was not possible due to problems with the line. the service offered at this point was very poor. Wooden floors everywhere made it noisy. Could have done with new soap etc. during visit. First night had some noisy guests which when coupled with "echo"/door closures delayed sleep for a while.No previous reviews.Open setting. Thin walls, so when the next room flushed their toilet, it sounded like a water fall in ours. Not good at 2am. Small bathroom. According to the wife, the hair dryer was not up to the job. Staff could be more professional. The noise level at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. From snoring neighbours, people with digestive problems talking very loudly in their sleep to screaming children at all hours of the day and night. Wooden floors and heavy doors and thin walls make it an impossible place for a sound nights sleep. Spoilt the end of our trip in Italy :-( Would not suggest this place to light sleepers.no! never again! 2 days without sleep.Doors are open and closing all the night long.impossible to sleep.Too much noise and you can hear the razor of the guest over you.as i told it to the recepcionist,they just laugh.This hotel is not top,but flop! My toilet is bigger than the bathroom.
