  Sorrento Apartments is a 5 on all questions. I picked Sorrento apartments because the price was completive and the ratings were higher. I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite.   This is a truly unique B&B hotel, with parts dating to the Eleventh Century, which owner-host Roberta is busily modernizing. It is one of the few hotels in Sorrento that is directly beach-accessible, since most of Sorrento is located on a steep cliff a couple hundred feet about the sea level.   A real treasure of a place. Spotlessly clean and in a perfect location overlooking Sorrento and the Bay of Naples. Elena the owner was kind, helpful and very patient with my limited command of the Italian language. We couldn't really fault Casa Elena and our only negative comment would be that if you are disabled in anyway do be aware that the complex - We lovedour stay at Casa Elena. The apartment was very comfortable and attractive with amazing views across the bay. Elena was a warm and friendly host and gave us good advice about where to eat and route directions. Elena helped us to feel very welcome and provided provided tasty treats from the area on our arrival. Elena's home made lemoncello is delicious and it was lovely to walk around the beautiful garden and see the lemons growing on the trees. Thankyou Elena, ee wil definely recommend

Far enough from Sorrento to feel private, but close enough by bus to get downtown easily (10 minutes to walk to the bus stop/ another 10 minutes ride into town).   Let's start with the staff, they are so helpful and friendly. This hotel is located right on the main strip and close to restaurants, shoppes, the old town, etc.. It is very modern, clean and quiet (double paned doors block out most street noise). We thought the brea - This was my favorite hotel stay on our trip to Italy. Pepe and his staff were the best; professional, super friendly, I can't say more to express how warm and helpful they were. We had a wonderful room. It had all the amenities we needed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was more than wonderful. The location was spot on, right in the middle of town. It's all you could want and need for a lovely stay in Sorrento.

  Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs.
