The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and the whole property is very clean and well maintained.   Everything, the decor was very relaxing, also ,i guess very italian, great location, slightly ,out of town, supberb staff, really, we were very pleased, would stay again, thank you, - the staff were extremely helpful, and the food was excellent.   Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

  The staff were excellent and friendly. The underground parking is a bigplus. Pool was of good size, clean and never too crowded, plenty ofloungers.   We loved this hotel. It is kind of "old-fashioned" and very well kept, very clean and very charming. We felt like home, thanks to the friendliness of the family that runs it.
