Sebastiano was a great host. Laid back, relaxed and very accommodating. There's nothing he wouldn't do for the comfort of his guests. Sebastiano speaks very good English and was happy to tell us all about the region and about the attractions of the area. The apartment was very spacious and clean with a very authentic Sicilian townhouse feeling. We loved our breakfasts (and lunches) at the Cafe Commercio, offering typical Sicilian combination of delicious coffee and sweet pastries. It's also wo.
所有评语 » A very warm welcome from the owner who gave me lots of information about the city. My room was large and comfortable. And it was a treat to have a lounge in the room - it was very spacious. The location is excellent. Best of all, breakfast at the Bar Commerciale was superb. A wonderful selection of pastries and the owner and staff are great. It's also a great place for lunch - and it's a pretty place to just sit and relax. Great location, we had a room with a sea/port view. We were lucky to find free parking right outside the building otherwise that could be a little bit of a problem in the area. Owner was very nice and helpful, recommending local sights and restaurants. Very quiet at night despite central location. Breakfast at bar across the road was sparse but good, wonderful pastry and coffee. Fantastic location near bridge and fabulous view of port from our room. Can walk to station and bus from here as well as all the fabulous locations of Ortygia. Sebastiano a great help with information, excellent English and great restaurant recommendations. Our room was really three and it was wonderful to spread out for such a reasonable room cost. We were nicely surprised how friendly and helpful B&B owner was. The location was superb, overlooking port and experiencing the most wonderful sunsets. I would 100% recommend Porto Turistico for its location and all that comes with it. The room we booked is a seaview apartment with spectacular port view and the B&B's location is fine,can easily reach everywhere even the train station and Interbus stop. Sebastiano was very friendly and helpful. The view from my apartment was perfect, over the marina and sea. Shared fridge was abailable in a communal area. Sebastiano is a really nice host, gives good tips were to eat, what to do, very flexibile in his time. Nice big room where you feel really at home. We love the seaview, flexible checkin/checkout time, comfortable bed, super nice B&B owner and even the old style lift! Everything is nice!. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, and the building/room was very evocative. The hotel was central. The host was very friendly and gave much useful information. Sebastiano is very helpful, the hotel is very well situated. good place in town awesome advices very friendly clean. The Manager, the location, the view and the price. The staff, she speaks english, french and german!. View, location. On Saturdays Cafe Commercio is closed and there's an arrangement for you to get a breakfast from the cafe below. This is nowhere as good as Cafe Commercio. Unfortunately at the weekends the apartment at the front of the building can get noisy at nights as you are above a busy square. Decor of room and bathroom is dated but it is part of the charm and the place was very clean. Wifi was quite slow but you don't go to Siracusa to be on the internet...:). Sebastiano is a happy man,but don't know much about transportations from train station or cities nearby.The shower room'a drainage is not good,so you should stand on a plank . No lounge area. Marina view is nice but it comes with the noise of all the activity of the area - a busy roundabout, 2 restaurants and the marina. Cars scooters and trucks were coming and going all night. it was very cold (march) and the heating system was absent. Entrance is funky. The room was funky with broken furniture and a funky shower and bath.
