  We used this hotel as our base for exploring Venice. It was a 15 minute stroll to the station or 5 minute drive away (free parking at the station) from there it was a 40 minute train ride. The location was lovely and suburban, the hotel spotlessly clean and the staff so friendly, helpful and super welcoming.
