We really enjoyed this hotel! Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building.
Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc.

It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

Very friendly and helpful staff, arranged for our laundry to be done ( a little costly but very convenient). Stayed a couple of nights and was a good location with free car park. We used the car to drive to the train station to get into town and have to drive to restaurants. Quiet location.
