  It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. The room was spotless clean and the mini bar was free of charge. We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us.   I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved having a balcony and being able to open the - Excellent location with the Vatican a 5min walk.
