  We are a family with two older children so the two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was really convenient. The kitchen facilities were perfect and we appreciated the inclusion of the basics like salt and pepper and oil. Having a full sized fridge with a decent sized freezer was also a bonus for our longer stay. The room was spacious, with new furniture and clean, the pictures show the actual state. Staff (especially Lara- thank you) is very friendly and speak good english. They also serve small but nice breakfast in the room. I love the idea of staying in a residential building, feeling myself like a citizen of the city, so I really enjoyed my stay here.

  Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum
