  We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. The bathroom is separated from the room, but it's just across the corridor, with everything you need. We were very satisfied to stay there, the Place is quiet, close to colosseum(from Domus Carmanello we walked basically - We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who would prefer not to walk. Perfect location for this money- just a few steps from Aurelia subway station. And thanks to the directions given by Alessandro it is very easy to find.
