  Mario was very helpful and a great host. When we arrived we were worried about parking as we didn't want to pay over €15 per day. He jumped in the car when we arrived and helped us find a parking space nearby. It cost €8-9 pd, just put in coins until the next day appears as it gives a discount rate of if you spend over €4.   Everything was great!! No complaints at all. The owner is very friendly and accomadating. The room was very nice and was plently of space for the four of us. Never ran out of hot water in the evening when all four of us were trying to shower after a hot day of exploring Rome. Before we arrived we were in contact all the time - he was taking care of everything - when you arrive, if you need a transport - The hotel keeper was very friendly and told us about sights, restaurants etc. The hotel is close to Termini station and the neighbourhood is ok, we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The room size was ok for us (we even had a baby cot there) and there was a water kettle, freeze and safety box in the room, and some breakfast stuff as well. You could darken the room and it was quite quiet, too. The air conditioning (which worked properly) was a big plus! I would definitely stay in FlowerRome again!
