  I travelled to Rome with my mum, neither of us having visited before. I did a lot of searching on the internet before deciding on the Navona Gallery and Garden Suites as our accommodation of choice. We were both delighted with this beautiful 'home'. Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. When we return to Rome this is the only place that - Everything!! Service provided by Sylvia was of an exceptionally high order. Room was large, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small, but very clean. There is also a lovely central garden terrace area that all guests are able to use. The absolute best thing though is the location, just 200m from Piazza Navona and five minutes walk from the Pantheon.   visited Rome seightseeing with the bus - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all spoke english anddidnt mind answering any questions. Rooms were not huge but you arent inthem all that much anyway. Very close to the metro and Termini. Veryclean and also close to a local grocery store where you can get goodpriced wine and refreshments.

Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English. The location was better than we expected as we were only 5-10 minutes walk away from St Peters and Vatican Museum. Also good location for public and tourist transport. Will stay again.

The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".   Staff was very friendly but obviously language barriers limited helpfulness. Breakfast was quite decent. Bus / Tram was right out front so convenient. Room was very clean and a/c was a big plus.
