  We enjoyed everything about our stay at San Lorenzo Rooms. The room itself was compact but extremely clean and comfortable with a TV and refrigerator in the room and an excellent air-conditioning system which was much needed in the intense heat we experienced whilst in Rome. His advice and directions were excellent, especially his recommendation to visit Villa d'Este on our final day. He showed us t - San Lorenzo Rooms was just what we were looking for. It was well priced, the owner was was friendly and accommodating, it was smart and clean and it was near the railway station (albeit the other side from Rome's main attractions). We would return.

  This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was perfect in every way!, the view of the Vatican was breathtaking and it was brilliant to be able to sit and watch the local residents go about there daily business...   Nice room, very good location-just few minutes from central train station and centre, polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable. If I go to Rome again - I will with pleasure take the same hotel. - It is situated within easy walking distance from the Roma Termini Station and most touristic landmarks.   The place is actually an apartment turned into a nice Bed & Breakfast. It is located on the last floor of the 7 story building right next to Vatican wall and 5min from St Peter’s, very central! They were helping us out with getting familiar with the transportation, sightseeing recommendations, and even with places to go shopping. You get to choose between a sweet continental or salty breakfast at the time of your choice, between 8-10 am. Room was cleaned everyday - First I want to mention the Stuff, that were always nice, friendly, willing to answer questions about where to visit, how to reach a certain point, and a 24h service. Secondly the B&B showers and facilities were well cleaned every day. The breakfast was fair and served to the room at the requested hour. For last and maybe most important the B&B was enough close to the historical center, by bus, Metro ( 5 min walk) ,or by foot ( 15 min walk )
