Central location close to Colosseum and Termini station, quiet meighbourhood. Really nice clean room with new furniture. Free Wi-Fi. Lots of privacy as usually there is no staff during the day. Feels like you live in your own apartment.
Loved the decor, EXTREMELY clean. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Really close to the Colosseum, bars, restaurants and shops.

It is impossible to be negative about anything when being in Rome.
A little tricky to find!.
On my first night, there was no hot water in my room. Then I needed to move to other room. Luckily the staff was very helpful.
Once in the building, we searched all 6 floors to find our accommodation.
But she didn't speek any other language but italian.and the brakefast is poor.
I did not like too much that I had to wait for one hour till my room was cleaned, while I arrived after check-in time.

The person called a Taxi for picking us up at 5 am. The taxi driver never showed and the person was obviously not there so we had to go walking to the train station.
