Very helpfull staff, that even came with breakfast 1 hour early the last day, because we checked out early. Location was good, and felt safe. When you book you know its a b&b, so dont expect 5 star hotel. I appreciated the change for the quiet room as i asked with my reservation. I appreciated a lot the basket with frsh fruits, chocolates and bottle of wine. Very nuce gesture.
所有评语 » The Hotel is very close to the Rome Termini (Center station for bus and metro) this is a very good reason to stay in this hotel. Rooms are pretty clean but outside the building is not so clean. Small and clean hostel with rather strange location nearby Termini train station. Good for one night stay but not more (we felt unsafely when walking to the hotel late in the evening). Helpful staff. Location is ideal, next to termini. Good location, the staff was good. location for going around. The staff where friendly. Room was specious Bed was suitable for 2 persons. Security was Ok. It was walking distance to the main sites of Roma. - Closeness to railway station Termini and subway. - breakfast (even it was not included they brought nearly at 8:45: packed croissants, muffins, packed juice, smth strange as "coffee''. - polite Chinese personal. Last days we changed room and it turned to be ok, but i recommend to search for hotels in a better district. Nothing. The english skills of the staff was poor. And the room did not look anything like in the pictue!. Room was not cleaned every day. Just making up the bed. 1. Wi-Fi doesn't work in rooms. We have to go to reception area to get connected. 2. Extra 2 euros per person per day is charged as part of room service. This was not mentioned earlier. (2 euros x 5 days x 2 persons = 20 euros extra) 3. The staff doesn't speak English. But this is manageable. Staff is nice however not able to solve problems timely and properly. There is no receptionist at the hotel, and we had to wait for more than half an hour when the staff would be able to locate new keys for the room to replace broken ones. Returning to the hotel late at night was an issue as the streets around Termini station were full of homeless people. The room did not look like in the picture. location for dirty area. Very noisy. Little space in the room. Smell of tobacco. Private bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned. Tv was not working. Wifi Internet connection was very poor. The zone is rough, drunks, addicts, the room is horrible, the window didn't shut properly, towels and sheets were dirty and old. - Ghetto district !!! - old simple furniture, thought shower is ok. - a little long to get to main sights on foot. - has rooms in 2 different buildings. In main building - it's ok. In another - no wifi, no tv/window in some rooms, great heard of neighbors, no personal there!. The room was dirty and towels were disgusting. But it was the cheapest I could get anyway... the only thing is the room was nothing like it was on the pics. Try to avoid if possible.
