We loved our stay at House Loft Rome. The location is fantastic. The apartment is located in Travestere. The area has a great vibe at night, lots of little cobbled streets with excellent restaurants and bars. We were also able to walk to the main tourist sights and areas from it or catch a bus from close by.
The apartment itself is modern, clean and very nicely presented. There were lots of little nice touches such as a welcome present and breakfast supplies which made it feel really cosy.

Excllent and very nice apartment, in the middle of Trastevere. Clean,
nice room, very good utilities and extremely nice service (bottle of
wine, sodas & water in the fridge, tea & coffee, all courtesy of
the house). Even when you leave you still get a nice little take-home
present. For this locality and this quality really excellent value for

Armando was lovely and helpful. He met us at the apartment and gave us a bottle of wine, pasta, oil and pesto and showed us the apartment which was a very nice touch! The location is perfect as I love staying in Trastevere when exploring Rome - it is close to everything but quiet enough. The apartment was big, clean and beautiful, has everything you need. Would recommend for sure!.
House Loft Rome is the perfect spot to discover Rome by foot. Excellent localization in Trastevere, with lots of nice restaurants to end the day after visiting the city. It is located in an antique building, renovated with all the facilities and good taste! We would stay here again for sure! Armando, the owner is so friendly and available to help with anything we might need.

The room was like a flat and we could have stayed there for a long time if we had more time. Very good prize.

Armando was a great host. He met us when we got off the bus and showed us to our apartment. It was in the heart of Trastavere where there was heaps of bars, restaurants, and plenty of night life! Close enough to walk to most major tourist sites within 20 minutes. Great spot and a great little one bedroom apartment where you can enjoy a typical Italian neighbourhood.
There were lots of lovely extra touches- candles, a bottle of wine, a nicely set table, excellent cable selection, plus DVD and sound system. The wi-fi was excellent. The host was lovely, and very patient about helping me immediately when I locked myself out of the studio. Really fun location and easy to walk everywhere in the city.
It is located in a very lively area of Rome but the great double glazing means you still get a good sleep. Great welcome from the host and really good to get some basics provided eg coffee, salt, pepper plus the welcome package of pasta, sauce and wine. Definitely recommend this studio.
Lcation in the heart of Trastevere perfect for real Rome lovers who prefer to live as the romans do instead of a dull hotel..

The apartment is located in a very good location. Although it does not have a lift, the apartments by HouseLoft are available on all floors. The apartments are clean and the host is very good and takes care of his clients well. I would recommend this apartment for any length of stay.
Armando, the host, gives extra value, like we never had before, such as cold drinks in the fridge, crossiants, jam, coffe and tea. gratis waiting for us. Thank you, we really appreciated that and other attention to detail and excellent service. Most highly recommended.

Location in the heart of Trastvere, which is an unique part of Rome.
As this apartment is in Travestere it is quite lively on weekends, this didn't bother us though.
Although we texted in advance to say we would arrive around 3.30pm our room wasn't ready as there was a problem with the cleaning. Wasn't a big problem, we went and got gelato while we waited. Also can be a bit noisy at night but again didn't bother us and there are earplugs in the room if you need them!.
Some people may find it a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us too much. The windows are all triple glazed and cut out most of the noise.
As mentioned, the location is a bit noisy on weekend nights since it is a lively area and with earplugs and/or soft music, there was no trouble sleeping.

Located on a noisy street which may not go down too well with light sleepers. But the host did provide us with ear plugs to block the noise as much as possible. Perhaps they should consider sound proofing the windows more just to block the noise.
We could not fault anything.
The alley where the room is located is pretty noisy during midnight: it's a party zone district. I wouldn't recommend this for families with kids or if you want to sleep. But if you don't bother the noisy background this is almost more than perfect spot!.
Very noisy some nights but owner aware he needs to improve the

Bath room and refrigerator are very small.
A bit expensive for one big room.
