They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. We walked to all of the sites, except the Vatician. We paid for the breakfast, which was perfectly fine and certainly easier than going out in the morning. Our room was no frills, but all we did.
所有评语 » The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location. the location is wonderful; can't be better. It's a walking distance from most of the must see and have a bus stop infornt. Front desk are very helpful; whatever questions you have; they take the time to answer. Rest of teh staff are good as well. Wi-Fi was free :). close to lots of museums, galleries, monuments, restaurants and the Vatican (although a further walk away). Free wifi throughout the hotel however was weak on Floor 4. Breakfast is very good. Helpful staff for asking for help getting around the city. Staff was very helpful with some reservations, directions, etc. Location was quiet yet was situated right on a bus line. It was close to Navona where we would usually wander to choose a restaurant for dinner. Easy walking distance to Rome historical sites. Nearby shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet available. Very pleasant room, practical layout, in-room refrigerator convenient. It is a comfortable hotel, good breakfast, very convenient to sights. Both bus and tram stops are nearby. Small restraurants and shops within walking distance. Free WI-FI was good. Location is excellent, on the corner of Largo Argentina with all main sites within short walking distance. Comfortable beds if a bit small, excellent bathroom & shower. The location is ideal for touring Rome. The Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi and Piazza Di Spagna are short walks - the Pantheon is just a block away. Staff is helpful. Brilliant location in walking distance of the Vatican, The Colosseum, The Spanish Steps and 2 minutes from the Pantheon. Good value for money and very helpful staff. This was an excellent location. Noise from the busy road out front is very audible, though just about tolerable, from our road facing room. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Price is a bit high. Left luggage - unless you ask to have bags behind reception, they will point you to a small cupboard in the corner which is not locked. A little pricey for the accommodations, for that price I would have expected more. Compared to similar rooms in Florence and Venice, Rome was clearly the priciest. our room was on the front of hotel. While i did not mind the big city noise, my sister found it very challenging. Traffic never stops. The hotel is quite dated - the promotional photos must have been taken years ago. While there is a tub, the shower is inadequate. Some of the rooms at the hotel front are very noisy due to traffic and a busy bus-stop directly outside. Nothing to dislike. Room a bit small for a family, Decor clean but showing a lot of wear, Food prices expensive in the immediate area. Rooms are a bit small; however, the location definitely made up for it. It lacked the ambiance of some hotels in Europe, and was on a main street. Dusty smell bothered my very strong dust allergies. (It was very clean and nothing was actually dusty, it was just an old hotel.). We do not know where to ask for hot water. Nothing: everything was fine. The Hotel has nothing special except to the location. All was good. This may sound a bit picky, but the coffee at breakfast was not up to Rome's standards. I bring students each year and this is a fun part of the hotel experience. Elevators, too narrow amd do not fit the floor level, leaving a step for persons. Lack of space to open 2 suitcases easily. Our flight was cancelled. We did not make it on the scheduled day. We arrived exhausted the hotel staff had no mercy on refunding for lost day. Nothing. Hot water not consistently flowing. Hotel decor very tired. Rooms very dark. Not much really. This hotel is not good for babies, the trolley can't go in the elevator and there is so stears without elevation option... I had a serious problems with Internet connection. On the reception they gave me a password for Wi-Fi (several times) but it failed. Alas, due to the poor command of English the receptionist wasn't able to help me. Breakfast time is a litle bit "caos". Tables were not ready and we had to manage ourself. The breakfast was substandard. Small room. Parking recommended was a nightmare and more expensive than indicated on our booking. Nothing. Most of the desk staff not that friendly or welcoming. Rooms adequate but nothing more. The front office staff could be a little more helpful. The elevator is small. The lightness is very poor in the room and bathroom. 4 bus stops immedialely outside serving 18 routes!!! Difficulty sometimes getting into Hotel. No air conditioning although advertised as such, very hot room. Very noisy, sound insulation poor. Some of the staff positively unwelcoming.
