  The room was clean and comfortable and as described. Great view from balcony. Breakfast buffet included fresh bread rolls and pasties with lots of choice. It was pouring wth rain when we arrived, the receptionist saw us parking and came out with an umbrella, then made us tea and biscuits. It's location less than 200yrds from the Lake and led to a very pleasent stroll to Rva's old town along the lake shore line.
