  Everything! It was beautiful, warm and friendly. The spa is great. The breakfast was the best on our trip with beautiful pastries and fruit along with standards. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice balcony with great view, kitchen area very modern and well stocked. The shower was very nice and had either overhead or hand held shower. Sadly we had problems with our hire car - when we had checked out and the staff could not have been more helpful in aiding us.   This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Rimini close to the beach and to the port. There are restaurants in the naborhood, if more restaurants or beaches are needed it is convenient to thake the ferry over the channel, to the south part of Rimini with even more facilities.   Very good hotel, with extremely helpful staff. The hotel is few minutes away from the beach, but it is possible to use their bicycles (free) to reach any destination in Rimini. We stayed for almost two weeks, and always had a basket of fresh fruit in our room. Breakfast is mainly continental, and good quality. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. - The hotel feels neat and clean. The room was extremely large, and was decorated just fine. This was the only hotel in our trip to Italy that had a bath tub. The breakfast was very good, and at evening they offer a free drink and appetizers at the (very small) host lobby. The location is second line from the beach which makes it a few minutes from it. Excellent value for money.
