The hotel management was amazing in the way they made us feel home and part of their friends circle. We travel each year, and this is our fourth trip to Italy. One of my daughters needed medical attention. The owner of Hotel Stresa took all of us in his car to a hospital in a neighboring town so that we would have no long waiting time in the emergency room. He even explained to the nurse the condition of my daughter (in Italian), and he even arranged things so we were no charged a Penny after i.
所有评语 » The staff were really warm and kind. They offered free drinks and cookies when I checked in. When I requested for some water, they offered bottles of water together with cups free of charge. The room was very tidy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the rate which was fantastic. It was buffet breakfast and you could try different sorts of Italian food & drinks, including coffee, bread, tuna, meat, fruit, juice, vegetables, eggs with different cooking styles, biscuits,. It was our first trip in Riminy. And we were delighted to spend our holidays in this admirable Hotel Stressa. I want to say, that the price of our staying fitted with the service we got there. It was so nice, when a pretty hostess came out and greeted us. Our room was very homelike and comfortable. Free wifi, bicycles, drinks, private parking, touristic information made the holidays more convenient. Breakfasts were fantastic. And we want to thank very friendly and high-qualified staff. It was h. Most certainly the warmest welcome I have ever received at a Hotel. Ines, who I believe is one of the owners, in fact, greeted us with a smile, as well as some refreshments and snacks! Easy to get to (just off the main strip) and easily accessible by the #11 bus. Same bus can be used to get to Riccione, too. The room was neat, tidy, and came with complimentary water (another first in a hotel for me!). They took the time to explain the best sections of the beach, for shopping, for restaurants, w. Staying in Hotel Stressa was a pleasant surprise comparing the price of the room through letsbookhotel.com. When we got there, the family that runs the hotel came out to welcome us. That's something I saw for the first time.The room was very clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi, water in the fridge without extra charge, private parking, free bicycles for touring around the city. As for the breakfast, I could not decide where to start from. Very rich and tasty breakfast. If you plan to visit Rimini. We loved the hotel at first glance,the staff was like a family,most helpfull one can imagine,we were welcomed with a glass of some refreshing drink and a smile,which accompanied us to the very end of our stay there,pity it was so short.The hotel is close to the beach,rooms are nice,clean,with balconies which suggest one could have a bottle of wine under the stars.But Ines ,the owner is the best,smile does not leave her face,she is also exellent with children.I did not mention The Breakfast- whi. Everything was really nice as previously reviewed by other travelers, but the highlight is definitely the breakfast, it was probable the best breakfast I ever had in any hotel in Italy, it had everything fresh, the choices were so good, they even made fresh crepes for us. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us feel like royalty. This hotel should be your first choice if you plan to visit Rimini. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with complementary snacks upon arrival at night and went out of their way to make other hotel reservations in a different city for later in out trip. The included breakfast was incredible as well. The overall value is tremendous. Great location in the center of the city, and near the beach and railroad station as well. Excellent 5* breakfast with fresh pancakes, O-juice, many seasonal fruits and home made cakes. Breakfast can be served on the green terrace. Ines and the staff were always receptive to our questions and have good advices. 4 bed rooms are new, spacious and have cute balconies with a romantic view to San Marino. Excellent quality and price for the services (free bikes and park place). stayed at these hotel in the beginning of September. Everything was perfect: very tasty breakfast, clean room, it took around 5 min to get the beach. I haven't met such a good hotel for a long time, it was a real treasure! The staff at Hotel Stresa make the hotel. I have never experienced such amazing friendly, genuinely interested and engaging hotel staff. The front manager Inez is a diamond. One day we needed to get to the airport, there was no way for us to get there so she took us in her car. It is a truly remarkable place. Enis and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Free bottled water is supplied daily. We were late for breakfast but it was no trouble at all. The quality and choice of breakfast items was amazing. The hotel was spotless and everything worked. We would definitely visit again probably for MotoGP 2014. We made to feel most welcome from our arrival to when we left. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is conveniently situated in easy reach of the beach but in a quiet location. The breakfast is spectacular. The hotel has a warm family feeling about it and is terrific value. It did not disappoint, a great selection and variety. Handily placed to beach, shops any many restaurants. Exceptional staff and service really separates this hotel from others in this price range, location off of the main street was quiet but central, Best breakfast buffet experienced to date in Italy, Basic amenities and facilities are consistent with other hotels in this price range,. The location was perfect. It was a real value for the money but most of all it was the staff. Friendly and thorough when you checked in about the hotel, area etc. The breakfast was incredible. It was a simple room but done well and everything was especially clean and neat. The staff are warm, bubbly and helpful. Unable to spend more time there. There was some noise from railway station, which was not so far. -If you want a super-luxurious hotel, the Stresa isn't for you. However, the staff are so accommodating and the breakfast is so good that any reasonable person should thoroughly enjoy their time here. Nothing. -Didn't stay there for more than 6 days... There was nothing not to like. There was nothing to not like about this hotel. The moment they will have enough money to change the windows in each room with new soundproof ones will make the hotel perfect for staying and enjoing the sun. Outside season (mid June - mid Sept) it's a little far to places like San Marino or Mirabilandia, as you always need to take 30mins ride by bus to Rimini center. Nothing to dislike. Nothing. nothing. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, but on the other side, you can get genuine Italian coffee in the lobby for free. That we did not stay longer!. Nothing. Wifi signal was a bit weak on the 3rd floor. Room was street side an a little noisy. Nothing.
