The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

Villa Aruch is an excellent property to stay at. Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on.
We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes.
Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

Charming owners who welcomed us warmly. Rooms are quaint, clean, spacious and comfortable. Ideal location close to the village and world famous hot springs. The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an
easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious
for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to
Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked
the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were
not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just
leave the key device on the kitchen table.

limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it

Hotel was perfect for a relaxing weekend and the surroundings were magnificent as was the 3 tiered pool. We arrived at lunchtime with 2 hungry teenagers and though the kitchen opened in the evening the staff put together a lovely cold lunch.
