  I can't say enough about the Orlando Palace Apartments. First, they are actually apartments. You have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. There's even a dishwasher and washing machine! Everything was spotless, and the keyed entry pad into the building was wonderful- no extra keys to carry around.   My husband was born in San rassore a left turn out of the hotel. We stayed in two other hotels when we first returned to Italy and they were terrible for American accustomed to a level of luxury comfort and sevice. We watched the Abitalia hotel being built and have been very pleased with out stays over the last two years. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

The staff were excellent in catering to our needs and making us feel welcome during our stay. The owner is very good with his guests and introducing them to Italian wines. On another evenin - Loved this hotel resort, was in a beautiful area close to autoroute and Pisa and Florence . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner took us for a private tour of his winery and gave us a tasting of his wines. Wonderful restaurant also on site. Facilities were extremely good and we will be going back for sure.
