  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. A small fridge (room enough for a beer) is available.   Staff is extra nice. Out of the ordinary nice. Really, the best point in the Hostel. Shared twim rooms are a good solution if you want to avoid the giant dorm experience (my case). The rooms lack any charm but are clean and well kept, so are the shared bathrooms (yet the place was quite empty during my very short stay, in November).
