  Il Cavalierino is located in very nice and quiet place on small hill just 5 km from Montepulciano historical centre. Also Pienza (other very nice small town) is very close (10 km) and within 1 hour you can get to Siena (use road through Pienza and San Quirico D'orcia it's very nice).   Loved this hotel. Radda in Chianti is now one of our favorite locations in Italy and this hotel was luxurious. Staff great. Breakfasts great.   Amazing place, beautiful scenery. Clean, spacious room. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels and bed linen. The owner was so generous with recommendations. The house is 8km from the hot spring. The information the owners provide are detailed in dinner recommendations etc. the breakfast was fresh and all homemade.   This is my third stay. It was wonderful, romantic and very scenic. I loved our little apartment in the farmhouse Casolese and didn't mind the 10 minute walk to the villa. Prior to the visit I called the Villa and explained our celebration and requested the best room available for the rate paid. To their great credit we found ourselves upgraded to a beautiful suite with a complimentary bottle of chianti classico and a happy birthday note. However it was late November and there was only one other couple staying. Beautiful and authentic Tuscan Villa and if you are a fan of the 1993 film "Much Ado About Nothing
