  The place is realy nice. It's not in the center of the Florence but as we came with a car that was not a problem.Hotel is great and placed on the hill and very peaceful. Breakfast was great . The view from our balcany room was incredible. The owner of the hotel is on property and is focused on your comfort and satisfaction. The hotel is an amazing value. There is no lift, but, the owner assisted me both in and out of the property. He made a point to be there at 5:45 AM to assist me on my departure! We love this place. We hope to return to Siena and Albergo Centrale.

  As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay.
